I, John Hedderwick, Master of the Furnessia, do solemnly, sincerely and truly declare that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Ship Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of the City of New York is a full and perfect list of all the Passengers taken on board the said vessel at Glasgow & Moville from which port said vessel has now arrived; and that on said list is truly designated the age, the sex, and the calling of each of said passengers, the location of the compartment or space occupied by each during the passage, the country or citizenship of each, and also the destination or location intended by each; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who have died on said voyage, and the dates and causes of death, and the names and ages of those who died; also of the pieces of baggage of each; also a true statement, so far as it can be ascertained, with reference to the intention of each alien passenger as to a protracted sojourn in this country, So help me God. I, John Hedderwict Master of the Steam Ship Anchoria do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the following List or Manifest, subscribed by me, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the Customs of the Collection District of New York, is a full and perfect list of all the passengers taken on board of the said SS Anchoria has now arrived and that on said list is truly designated the age, the sex and the occupation of each said passengers, the part of the vessel occupied by each during the passage, the country to which each belongs, and also the country of which it is intended by each to become an inhabitant; and that said List or Manifest truly sets forth the number of said passengers who have died on said voyage, and the names and ages of those who died. I, James McNab, do solemnly, sincerely and truly swear that the Report or Manifest subscribed with my name, and now delivered by me to the Collector of the District of Philadelphia, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a just and true account of all the passengers which were on board the Br. Brig Lumley at the time of her sailing from the port of Londonderry or which have been taken on board at any time since; that I am at present, and have been during the voyage, master of the said vessel. And I do likewise swear that all matters whatsoever in the said Report or Manifest are, to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true. (Signed) James McNab. Report or Manifest of all the Passengers taken on board the Brig Lumley whereof McNab is Master, from Londonderry, burthen 231 Tons, and owned by William Stevenson of Quebec and bound to Philadelphia.
Columns represent: name, age, sex, occupation, baggage, to what country belonging, country of which it is their intention to become inhabitants. All the passengers were from Ireland*, and all intended to become inhabitants of the United States, so those columns have been eliminated here.
